Get Real: a forum tackling real life topics Judgment is sneaky & drains your happiness. Oftentimes, we don't realize how much we're judging others and ourselves. Sounds like something we should Get Real and speak about, right? Get Real will take place on Saturday, February 5, 2022, from 11:30a to 1:00p in person at Indianapolis Zen Center located at 3703 N Washington Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46205. Tickets are $11. Bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion to get comfy, along with a journal and pen. Tea is provided. Each session is limited to 10 people to allow everyone's voice to be heard.
