Description

The license to Carry Course is the first step to obtaining a Texas License to Carry a handgun. The license to Carry Course is the first step to obtaining a Texas License to Carry a handgun. There are additional costs not covered by the tuition, such as firearm, ammunition, state licensing fee and fingerprinting. Tuition covers the cost of the course, range fees and lunch. We will begin with the Classroom portion, located at the Midlothian Pizza Inn, located at 310 N. Highway 67, in Midlothian. We will then travel to the range portion at 2401 Miller Rd., in Midlothian, TX. You will need a computer, tablet or Smartphone to take the written test. for the range you will need to bring: a handgun, at least 50 rounds of ammunition (100 recommended)close-toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, an ink pen, and a desire to learn and have fun  At Ellis Defense Consultants, we empower Texans.  EDC will use cutting edge training techniques to make you feel comfortable with defending yourself or others in chaotic and changing situations.  We have a firm belief that every person has the right to protect themselves and their families from violent crime.
