Re-homing Grey/White Female Rat

I need to re-home a beautiful grey and white rat named Pastrami; the military does not accept any form of rodent. There will not be a fee as I am just looking for a safe loving home. She is very very people centric, and whenever I set her down she runs straight back to me or the nearest person. In the long run it will be better for her as she does not have any rat friends at her current home. She was originally supposed to be snake food; got her from Pet Works. I didn't intend to keep her, but the snake did not want to eat her. She is now fully grown and loves to groom people and sit on shoulders. I had the fortune of loving and taking care of her; however she would be happier elsewhere, and I am not able to even sneak her in ( I looked because I love my animals.) You will have to provide a cage. Thank you :)
