Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is looking for participants for a virtual study. This involves:
- Using a smartphone app to track your mood, play games, and engage in mindfulness exercises and psychoeducational resources over 12-months
- Meet once a month with a researcher virtually for additional assessments
- Wearing a smartwatch
- Study compensation is available, up to $400.
You could be eligible if you:
- Age: 18-45 years
- Have completed high school
- Attended but not completed college
- Speak English
- Currently live in the US
- Have a smartphone
