We are looking for a skilled General Maintenance worker and Material Runner (Traveling Required) (1099 contract labor) Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform routine daily maintenance for several commercial properties, including - Respond to routine service and emergency related calls (Traveling Required) - Perform general construction, maintenance, and repair activities including but not limited to replacing ceiling tiles, minor plumbing repair, minor electrical, light painting, and grounds maintenance. - Complete assigned Work Orders within the allotted time frame. - Performs other duties as requested. - Responsible for Picking up and delivering materials to various jobsite locations MUST HAVE vailed Driver's License MUST PASS DRUG TEST Please email or call office at (713) 694-9200 Monday -Friday (9am - 3:30pm) to set up interviews
