Walking has proven benefits in our overall Well-Being. Join me for a 35 - 45 minute walk on the beach! If you are looking a way to feel better, to release stress, and to calm your anxiety this is the right place! Taking a mindful walk can improve your overall well-being! It is proven that breathing some fresh air, and exposing yourself to nature has a relaxing effect. Walking has also a positive impact in your body and mind, do you really need more reasons to join me? Okay, one more reason, walking in the mornings can expose you to sunlight which boost your energy levels and your inmune system, during winter, when the days are shorter can be difficult to get some sun exposure, and we can feel a little bit down, so let's catch some sunny rays while we walk together! It is going to be awsome! Walking on the beach is great for everyone, but it is ideal for those who suffer pain in their knees, back, and hips, as sand puts less stress on the body. This makes it easier for the bones and joints. Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes. Consider that we might get a little bit sandy, so bring sand friendly shoes and clothes! There it's always the option to walk barefoot, if you prefer! ( Some days I will) Don't forget to bring WATER (it is important to stay hydrated all the time!) Also bring a bag/backpack to carry your things, we need to have our hands free while we walk!
