Info Night & Open House for Spring Season Feb to May - Youth Organization for teens 12 -18. Parents & Teens should attend. Tour our boats! Sea Scout Ship 936 info-night happens just twice a year. The next one is Wednesday night 2/16/22 6:30 pm at our Sea Base in the Dana Point Harbor. Our co-ed participants come form all over South OC, not just Dana Point and represent all the local high schools, and middle schools including public, private, charters, and even homeschool families - we are a large diverse and welcoming group. Juniors Mariners are ages 12-13 and Sea Scouts are 14-18. This amazing program is more than learning to sail. It's a comprehensive youth leadership program with opportunities for important roles, fun teamwork, sailing, navigation, engineering, trips, non-sailing team competitions, scholarships, and community service. Parents should attend the 1 hr info night with their teen. We'll be giving tours of our Sea Base and larger boats. You will not be asked to sign up at info night, but you will have the opportunity to sign up for the Spring season the following week if you decide you're interested.
