Thursday, March, 10th at 6:30pm, Sun Raised Foods is hosting a Farm to Table dinner paired with wine at Napa on Kingsley Thursday, March, 10th at 6:30 pm, Sun Raised Foods is hosting a five Course Farm to Table dinner featuring Local Lamb with a selection of wine at Napa on Kingsley This will a great opportunity to learn about local sustainable agriculture and to meet fellow foodies in the Charlotte area. Guests will meet at 6:30 PM at Napa on Kingsley. Reserve your spot now—space is limited to only 40 reservations. We hope to see you there! MENU First Course: Charcuterie board featuring two types of dry cured Sun Raised lamb salami, regional cheeses, house made crackers and accoutrements. Paired with TBD Second Course: TBD Paired with TBD Third Course: TBD Paired with TBD Fourth Course: TBD Paired with TBD Fifth Course: TBD Paired with TBD COST The five-course farm to table dinner experience paired with 5 different wines will be priced at $125 per person plus Taxes and Gratuity. The $20 registration fee will be deducted from the final check. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase their favorite wine, salami and lamb cuts at the end of the dinner. CHEF The dinner will be prepared by talented Chef Christina Bradshaw SUN RAISED FOODS LAMB Sun Raised Foods is a Cornelius based company working with farmers across North Carolina and Virginia to raise Animal Welfare Approved (AWA) lamb on the pastures of local solar farms. The lamb at the dinner will come from the Montgomery Sheep Farm located in Biscoe N.C. less than 60 miles from the restaurant. During the dinner, Sun Raised Foods will provide interesting information about the farm, the lamb, solar energy and local agriculture.
