Southern University Law Center Barristers Ball Barristers Ball is an annual law school gala that takes place as a plated dinner reception that turns into celebration where faculty, staff and students come together for a night of fun and remembrance. This event requires a student's best professional gala attire as it is a night of elegance and class. During this event students and faculty receive awards for this academic school year, scholarships are given out and students are sworn into elected positions. As a result this year we a humbled to honor and want to pay homage to the individual who has made this all possible through his resilience and grit Mr. Charles J. Hatfield. Because of him we are all able to call Southern University Law Center home.
