A Pokemon TCG Prerelease Tournament (This is only for registration. Payment for the prerelease tournament can be made at the store, at the time of prerelease tournament.) Pokémon Brilliant Stars Prerelease - Saturday February 12th- 10.00am at The Red Barn 1314 Rutherford Rd Greenville, SC 29609. Registration is 10a to 1030a. The latest Pokémon set, Brilliant Stars, is almost here! To celebrate, we will be hosting an in-person unsanctioned prerelease event. Pokémon Player ID numbers are required. Go to pokemon.com to sign up for a Pokémon Player ID number. Make sure you bring it to the store on the day of the event! This event is SEALED DECK. Cost for this event is $30, which includes your Prerelease Pack and additional prize support ( 3 packs for participation and given at the end of the tournament). The prerelease Build & Battle Boxes will be slightly different at this prerelease: Each Build & Battle Box includes: ◦ A 40-card ready-to-play deck, including 1 of 4 alternate-art promo cards ◦ 4 booster packs ◦ 1 deck-building tip sheet Each player that participates in the prerelease tournament will receive a custom made VSTAR marker free. The new VSTAR Pokémon will evolve from Pokémon V and will each have an extremely powerful attack or ability as well as high health and high damage attacks. You have to use their unique ability or attack wisely though as you can only use one VSTAR ability or attack per game. When one of these VSTAR Pokémon gets knocked out, your opponent will be able to grab two prize cards instead of just one.
