4 week yoga series at Tetrad Brewing Company - learn more about yoga, connect with others & have a beer! Starting February 7th☮️ ✌🏼This 4 class series will be held on Mondays in February from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Tetrad Brewing Company ☮️Designed to create a space for learning and connection ✌🏼Deepen your practice, soften the edges of your poses, find ease and alignment that suits you ☮️Class size will be small (limited to 12 people) which allows ample time for each student to receive one-on-one assistance from the teacher and each other ✌🏼Each class will be 2 hours in length ☮️Time will be spent breaking down poses to support individual bodies, discussing yoga topics and participating in a yoga flow to end class during which students can practice and apply what was taught that week ✌🏼A beer (or drink) is included in the price as we will socialize and connect at the end of class, finding a community space and connection
