Women Winning Wednesdays-Meetups This is the first of our monthly meetups that we are hosting. Every Wednesday different women are acknowledged via social media for winning at anything they do. We are group that supports all women and create a safe space for them to talk and enjoy other women. The meetups allow us to do just this. Each month we visit different locations across Kansas City. Come out and join us!! Megan is the founder of Smiles and Kuts. She has combined her passion of the beauty industry and education to give back to youth in the community by providing hair services to create a positive self image and build confidence.
