Come join us for an evening of connection, meditation, personal-development, and all things wellness. Our event will begin with a soothing greeting and education session from a local wellness practitioner, followed by meditation and mindfulness tips. We will then break off to enjoy some nourishing light bites, wine/non-alcoholic beverages and start connecting. This is your opportunity to network with soon-to-be friends that are like-minded. It is your chance to create connections that will last a lifetime! You will receive a wellness-packed goodie bag with products from brands like Liquid I.V., Clear Digestive, RawRev, Organic Valley and more. Also during this time, if interested, our friend Nicole from The Perfet Photo will be available to take free, high-resolution headshots and lifestyle shots for you. *All photos will be uploaded to a shared DropBox folder post-event. Please feel free to bring any business cards or any other material to promote yourself. We love supporting women entrepreneurs and want everyone to leave feeling fulfilled! **Doors close at 6:55pm to allow our wellness practitioner the space to start our mindfullness exercises.
