Yoga and storytime fun for preschoolers! Your preschool-aged kiddos are invited to join Miss Emmi for Kids Storytime Yoga. We'll use picture books, yoga poses, breathing, mindful movement, music, and coloring to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, body awareness, concentration, and more. And we'll have fun! Please send a mat, blanket, or towel with your child to serve as their "spot" and assist with social distancing. $15 drop-in. $50 for a 4-class bundle. Email [email protected] for bundle information.
