Description

Dive into Pastels and see the beauty of color mixing, bringing vibrance to your subject. Small in person class of only 6 students. All levels are welcome, but some drawing experience is helpful. This class will help you develop confidence with the pastel medium, including building a strong composition, understanding values, creating light and shadow, and developing cohesive color harmony in your paintings. Underpainting- layering techniques will be introduced. Florals, landscape, illustration, still life, pets are sunjects I work with and teach. Please have reference photos you have taken yourself or paint from life. Bring your own supplies.
