Come sharpen your skills in off-road recovery! Learn techniques that can get you unstuck and back home safely. If you spend any time off-road in your vehicle, it's all but guaranteed you'll eventually find yourself stuck. Having the skills and knowledge to recover your vehicle from a situation safely is imperative for anyone driving off-road, and especially so in the back country. Spend a few hours with us in this class and we'll cover a broad range of topics like: Recovery gear overview and usesWhat's needed in a good recovery kitWinching using basic and advanced line pull configurationsDifferent types of jacks, how to use them safely and pros and cons of eachTraction boards and their different usesReseating a tire on the beadand many more basic and advanced topics!There's something in this class for everyone, whether you're just getting started in off-roading or you have many years experience. You'll learn something new. Our goal is to have you walk away with confidence knowing that you can self-recover your vehicle while out on the trail and get home safely. Our instructor for this class will be Aaron Paris from Switchback Outdoor Safety. Aaron has over 20 years of off-road recovery experience, and has instructed thousands of students on safe recovery techniques in classes just like this. You will be in good hands!
