Dr. Peter Kwasniewski, theologian and liturgy scholar will be giving three lectures at three southeast Michigan locations March 4, 5, and 6 Michigan Lecture Tour of Dr. Peter Kwasniewski: Friday, March 4 following 6 pm Mass at St. Edward on the Lake, Lakeport: "The Relationship between Priest and People in the Latin Mass: Space and Time for Divine Intimacy " Saturday, March 5 following 8 am Mass with continental breakfast at St. Mary of Redford, Detroit: "Escaping the Closed Circle: Why We Read the Epistle Eastward and the Gospel Northward " Sunday, March 6, presented by Call to Holiness following 12 noon Mass at Assumption Grotto with Spaghetti Dinner: "Christian Militancy in the Prayer of the Church" All events request a free will offering. Following the lecture, there will be Q & A and an opportunity to meet Dr. Kwasniewski. He will be available to sell and sign copies of his books (cash, check, or PayPal, no credit cards).
