OAKDALE - An Oakdale resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Quaker Hill earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 19, Richard Archer, of Oakdale, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Price Cutter in Quaker Hill and won $20,000.
