WATERFORD - A Waterford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 18, Gary Picardi, of Waterford, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the A1 Quick and Easy in Waterford and won $10,000.
