Press release from the Waterford Public Library: January 19, 2022 The January discussion will be held virtually rather than in person.  This is a recent change.   The title for the Friday, January 28th discussion, to be held at 1 p.m., is How to be Both by Ali Smith (2015)  Passionate, compassionate, vitally inventive and scrupulously playful, Ali Smith's novels are like nothing else. Borrowing from painting's fresco technique to make an original literary double-take, How to be Both is a novel all about art's versatility.
