WALLINGFORD, CT — The Lyman Hall girls' basketball team picked up its first win of the season with a 50-34 victory over Wilbur Cross Tuesday night in Wallingford. The Trojans held a 35-26 lead heading into the fourth quarter and pulled away for the victory. Shea Barron led Lyman Hall with 17 points, while Mercedes Cestaro had 12 points and Macy Buccheri added eight. Lyman Hall is scheduled to host Shelton at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
