WALLINGFORD - A Wallingford resident is $77,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 18, Cynthia Jackson, of Wallingford, purchased a Mega 7s ticket from Nisa's Variety in Wallingford and won $77,000.
