Property management company looking for Full Time Concrete Lead. $29-$37/HR DOE Qualifications: -Concrete Construction- 5 years experience (Required) -Driver's License (Required) -Has a good understanding of general concrete construction -Must read and understand commercial., structural drawings and specs. Concrete Lead Responsibilities: -Responsible for observing and complying with all safety policies and guidelines -Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers -Able to lead and motivate crew members effectively -Setting concrete forms to line and grade -Assist in preparing the site for concrete -Interpret blueprints and reads survey stakes to establish correct grades -Align forms for walls, floors, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. -Patch voids -Layout control points -Install formwork -Reinforce steel, rebar, anchor bolts -Imbed steel, block-outs -Place concrete and remove formwork General Employment Requirements: ***MUST BE FULLY COVID-19 VACCINATED*** -Ability to work Mon-Fri -Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs -Valid Driver's License
