MERIDEN - A Meriden resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Bloomfield earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 19, Sadie Bailey, of Meriden, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Bloomfield Shell and won $20,000.
