Volvo 240 issues, looking for local mechanic buddy

Hello all. Since moving I have left all my cool mechanic friends in Chicago. I have always loved screwing around with cars but never did anything serious with them. My volvo 240 has some problems going on and even though I am capable of troubleshooting to some degree, I have a milky cream look going on under my oil cap and radiator just popped out its plug to relieve itself so its not looking to good. Here is to hoping its not too too serious as I love this car.
