The video will be available to view on the website immediately following the meeting. The Council intends to meet in open session then immediately vote to close the meeting for legal consultation with the City Attorney. The public may attend the open session and observe the vote of Council to move into closed session. The Council President will read into the record a closing statement that is available for public inspection. The Council will not reconvene in open session after the closed session.
