HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Harford County Public Schools will be closed Thursday. Officials made the decision after deciding to open two hours late Wednesday night and reevaluating the situation Thursday morning. A winter weather advisory is in effect until 1 p.m. for Harford County due to slippery road conditions. Rain is expected to change to snow during the morning commute, with up to 1 inch of accumulation, according to the National Weather Service.
