If you lost a pet or pet memorial in the Marshall Fire

Description

Just wanted to post again as the dust is settling from the fire. My name is Newt and I am a Vet Tech. I am also a pet portrait artist. I would like to offer a free portrait to those who: - Lost or may have lost a pet in the fire - Lost memorials for pets who passed before the fire (like pawprints, urns, hair locks) - Worked with search and rescue dogs to help find missing pets – I would love to draw these hard working pups! - Worked as a first responder to the fire and happens to have pets – I would love to do a portrait for you as a thank you for all you have done! I know it does not really fix anything, and it isn`t much – but it is what I have to offer. To answer a few questions I get asked a lot: - I really do appreciate the offers people have made for money donations to me for art supplies. Honestly though, my supplies are not too bad as far as expense goes! I would much rather that money go towards families from the fire. - I do accept paid commissions although I tend to do them less than I do donated art. Paid commissions will be taking a backseat to fire victims. - As far as turn over time – as I post this I have 30 portraits lined up! I will not turn anyone away though, all I ask for is patience. I am estimating April or May for my most recent requests. I have not forgotten about you though! If interested, please drop me a PM! I just need a picture of your pet. Also, I tend to be picky about photos of pets, however I know a lot of people I have talked to from the fire lost computers, phones, and so forth that had pictures of pets. So, send me what you have and I will work with it.
