PORTLAND, OR — The man in the picture is Ivan Gofman. He is 60-years-old, 5'10", about 140 pounds, and speaks English and Russian. And he is missing. Police say that Gofman wandered away from Emanuel Hospital in North Portland around 11 p.m. on Tuesday. He has a mental health diagnosis and is no longer his own guardian. Gofman's guardian says that he won't be able to find food and housing on his own, He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue tee-shirt. He was carrying a blue duffel bag. Police ask that if you see him, please call 911.
