Description
GILROY, CA — Gilroy Councilmember Zach Hilton is inviting the community to propose ideas for legislation to come before the council this year.
Hilton created a Google Form titled "There Ought To Be A Law," where people can submit legislative solutions to what they see as problems.
People can also upload studies, reports and other evidence to support their proposals, along with pointing out potential supporters and opponents of the legislation.
"As a City Council Member, I know that some of the best ideas we work on at City Hall come directly from constituents," Hilton wrote. "When we work together as a community, we can produce better results."
Click here to access the form. Ideas should be submitted by Jan. 31.
