Our new team member must reflect excellent work ethics and attendance, be familiar with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, drywall and paint. The job tasks include, but are not limited to: daily morning grounds, resident and common area service requests, apartment turnover, on-call rotation, and snow removal in winter. The person must be able to legally drive company vehicles and have basic computer skills. A minimum of two years of maintenance experience in the apartment industry is preferable, but maintenance skills acquired in the hotel, construction or facilities industry are welcome.
