Janitorial subcontractors wanted

I have a commercial janitorial service here in the Atlanta metro area. Currently I have two buildings where I need to find a new cleaning crew at night. The two buildings are located in Buford and Suwanee. This would be a good fit for somebody that is close by. If you have to drive all the way from Atlanta, it might not be worth it. They are a package deal, I need somebody who can take both of them. I am looking for experienced commercial janitorial cleaners / subcontractors with reliable transportation. I am also looking for somebody that can start immediately. If things go well at these two locations and you're looking for more work, I will have other buildings available as well in the future. We pay every two weeks and the compensation for these jobs is $750 combined. Both of these buildings are cleaned five nights a week, Sunday through Thursday in the evening. 10 working days in each payroll. Both of these are office buildings where you would be responsible for vacuuming, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning break rooms, cleaning restrooms, just a full cleaning from top to bottom each night. The only other requirement is that one person on the crew must have one of the following: a US passport, a green card or permanent resident card, or a US birth certificate.
