This is a great opportunity for the right person that's looking to grow with my pressure washing company. I am looking for a crew leader/team lead. The crew leader will be required to pull a 8' x 16' pressure washing trailer(see photos), using company van/truck. The lead will manage crews and assist with training new hires. I am looking to give small ownership stake to the right person, that person will ultimately be running the entire division. My main focus will be on marketing and sales. The crew leads main focus will be on the application and training. The pay range will be around 18-20 per hour. You will also receive bonuses. As I stated earlier, this is a great opportunity. This position is for hard working and honest people.
