The superintendents responsibilities are to supervise the field construction of a project from start to finish and to complete the work on schedule, within budget and to the General Acrylics standard. Required Skills: - Organization: superintendents are required to keep daily logs of their projects, email project progression to customers, and schedule multiple tasks/trades. - Civil Construction experience preferred but not required. - Supervision of post tension concrete slabs, asphalt paving, drainage systems, grading, outdoor electrical. - Communication: Superintendents are the link between field and office. Communication between the superintendents and project manager is crucial to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
