Home organizers and experienced packers wanted for professional organizing company in the following areas, South Bay, Long Beach, Orange County and Los Angeles County. We are hiring part-time organizing assistants and packers for on-call. Hours vary and we cannot guarantee a minimum number. Pay starts at $19/hour. You will be hired as an employee after completing a few assignments. Opportunity to advance after working several assignments. We work with people with A LOT of clutter (home/office) but also severe hoarding situations. We also do moves/relocations within and around Los Angeles - the process is usually to de-clutter, pack, unpack and organize. The best candidate has a kind heart, and compassion for the people who need us. Ideally you should be able to quickly assess complex clutter situations, untangle really terrible clutter, sort items into appropriate piles - all without judgment. We are interested in people with the following skills: • Strong office filing skills • Ability to pack for a move • Able to do physical labor • Clear out hoarding situations • Catalog for auctions and inventory • Unpack and organize homes and offices • Staging homes or an eye for interior design • Declutter crowded spaces • A team player You must be able to follow direction and work with a team. You also need a strong body (we lift heavy trash bags!), and an ability to withstand terrible smells (sometimes conditions are deplorable). You must be able to pass a criminal background check. Locations, schedules, and hours vary. You’ll be required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.
