They all read on social media that in CA the homeless can camp anywhere they want and commit any crimes they wish without penalty. So since 2014 when they changed the law so that the homeless were given the right to camp anywhere and are exempt from any crimes they all flocked here. You can thank the loony Liberals and piece of shit state government for making that happen.
