Help needed

I operate a Exterior Cleaning Services company that specializes in landscaping and general maintenance, Gutter/Roof cleaning, cleanups, hauling, power washing and more. I'm a one man army and need some help 2-3 days a week sometimes less and sometimes more. I can offer transportation within Chico limits. I'm looking for someone who has commen sense and knowledge or experience in what we do. I deal with new customers Weekly so need someone who's clean and respectful. No drama no games, no excuses. I've played the game before so if you're going to be a problem don't bother calling me. Looking for somebody who wants to work and that who can work all day. There's incentives as well. If you have your own tools and equipment then that's a bonus. I don't normally like paying hourly, usually pay for what we did at the end of the day. Days needed would most likely be Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursdays if needed that extra day. No kids, no violent criminals.
