Hi I’ve got a rental property that needs some items completed. Ideal if you are located in the city of Lorain. Sometimes the work that needs done is simple and straightforward, like caulking baseboards and door trim gaps and then painting - make it look nice and high quality. Sometimes more creative solutions are needed like mismatched trim/wood that’s been rigged by someone before me. I need items like that to be undone and made to look proper again. I’m not looking for a short cut hack job person. I’m also not looking for a corporation. Just a reliable individual who does quality work quickly. Not interested in someone looking to learn and do substandard work. I’ve done all the maintenance for 30+ years - nearly every aspect of home maintenance, repair, restoration, remodel, and related. And I’m an engineer, I will know pretty immediately if you’re qualified to do the work or just looking for daily drinking/drug money - no offense intended, but I’m not looking for you. Some of the work that needs done and skills that you need to have include: - painting - cleaning - drywall finishing & crack repair, texturing - light carpentry - light landscaping - shingle repair - gutter/fascia repair I could go on, but hopefully you get the idea. I’ll do the tile work, I’ll do the electrical, I’ll do the plumbing and furnace repair/replacement, etc. I just need help with the less complicated.
