Handyman Hire- 3 Modes- project & on call & Turnovers Looking for: Handyman, that can do a variety of projects on rental properties (I have 5 multifamily homes, 3 in Minneapolis, 1 in st. paul, 1 in Lindstrom) Looking for honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and hardworking. Good at communicating issues/taking digital photos. Clocking in and out Hourly- $20-$35/hr depending on skill. Also can do bid type for bigger projects I have a group of people, who I would also introduce you to in similar situations and like to form community like relationships/team mentality Three Modes: Busy Season= Summer; but then project modes and on call mode ... My philosophy is to make the homes how I would like to live in them, been doing this for 10 yrs. And to sometimes create community/neighborliness in the houses via Intentional Communities.
