Job duties including but not limited to: - Automotive body panel replacement. - Ability to align panels, doors and fenders to achieve even gaps - Ability to shape patch panels - File, grind, sand and smooth filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools. - Filler work at a very high level of quality - Block sanding of fillers and primers - Fit and weld replacement parts into place. - Perform careful and organized disassembly of vehicles. - Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and quality. Experience, Qualifications, Requirements: - 2+ years of experience automotive metal fabrication, welding, or extensive personal experience in the field - Minimum Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent - Welding (MIG & TIG) - Ability to work with a variety of metal shaping tools Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time: - Pay Rate: $20+, dependent on work experience, demonstrated skills and ability. - Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. - Fun, casual, creative and flexible work environment. - Opportunities to learn and grow.
