Landscape Project Manager

We are a well-established landscape construction company located in South King County. We are presently serving new home Builders and Land Developers in the Western Washington region. We are seeking to add an additional Project Manager for our New Construction division. Other responsibilities and job descriptions include: • Create landscape drawings/designs • Accurately execute material and plant take offs for projects • Procure all necessary materials to complete projects • Strong on-going communication with Customers and within the team • Assess and create estimates for additional/new work • Provide follow up customer service on completed projects • Weekly site visits for current projects (work vehicle provided) Experience as a project manager or experience within the landscaping field is preferred, however it is not required and we are willing to train the right person. Additional requirements for this position include: • A valid WA state driver’s license with safe driving record • Drug free • Effective oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple jobs simultaneously • Strong work ethic and time management skills • Emphasis on punctuality Benefits provided by employer: • Competitive wages • 6 Paid Holiday • Paid Vacation • Medical insurance • Company vehicle • $1000.00 sign on bonus
