Compensation: $12 & up 2 positions available. Cleaning company hiring for commercial cleaning help. This is only a part time position. *Serious inquires only* Cleaner Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings. Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Performs additional duties as needed. Working hours: -MUST be available Friday (11pm-2am) Saturday & Sunday (10pm Start time) Availability between these hours is desired. Cleaning should be no more than 3 hours each day. More days/hours may become available in addition to the days listed. -Reliable transportation to and from job site. Paid Training. Starting rates: $12/hr & UP. 90 day pay increase* Cleaner Qualifications / Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable!! Ability to work cohesively as part of a team!! Education/Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus but Not Required.
