Our school is seeking an experienced floor care technician to join our cleaning crew. This is a part-time position for Monday-Friday, 5:00-10:00 p.m. (hours are somewhat flexible). The primary purpose of this position is to provide floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), along with general cleaning, sanitizing, removing trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, stocking toiletries and other cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A clean background check is required. (No felonies, no drug, theft, or assault convictions)
1-2 years of experience in floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing) and custodial work
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Good organizational and time management skills are a must.
Model compliance with policies and procedures and support school mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Must be able to get work done with minimal supervision.
Must be capable of lifting 50lbs.

All employees are required to wear a mask when inside any building.
