Looking for CRT TV Repair

I have a mid-90s 19" RCA CRT TV that needs its tuner replaced. I'm reaching out on CL because most shops won't fool with old TVs anymore. Several shops have tinkered with the existing tuner trying to fix it, but the picture still has image noise/static because the tuner is bad. On-screen digital menu graphics are crystal clear; only images from the tuner are unclear (the tube is fine). If you are knowledgeable about electronics repair and interested in hunting down a used working tuner or (preferably) a NOS tuner, please contact me. I have detailed information about the TV (model, chassis, detailed description of the issue, etc.) to provide. I'm willing to transport the TV to and from you, pay for the parts and your time making the repair provided that the image improves as a result of your work. I am not interested in buying a different used CRT TV unless you're selling a mid-90s RCA CRT that I could scavenge for parts. (I want to save this particular TV because it had no tube issues like horizontal lines, no overscan issues, perfect color, and a crystal clear image before the tuner problem. I've purchased two used CRTs that just don't compare to mine, which is why I want it fixed.) Thank you!!!
