Why work with The Liberty Group? • Work with the top management companies • Work close to home • Weekly pay - Direct Deposit Job Responsibilities: • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair • Manages records of activity in maintenance log. • Works with the office team and Maintenance Supervisor (i.e., walking apartments, move-in/move-out reports, etc.). Completes work as directed and reports apartments that are ready to show to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
