I am looking for someone that has solid experience in home remodel projects to assist me in completing a buildout of my basement into a one bedroom apartment. Currently all the walls are up, the initial electrical and plumbing installed and the entire place taped and textured. The next steps are 1) Either tiling or buying a ready-to-install shower. Place toilet and sink 2) painting the entire place walls and ceiling 3) hanging a few doors and completing a closet area 4) Adding electrical plugs and lighting fixtures 5) installing laminate flooring 6) installing pre-manufactured cabinetry in kitchen area and sink and hooking up table top burner I’m looking for someone that can do all or some of this. My intention is to work beside someone to expedite the process. Ideally it would work better to find someone willing to work on an hourly rate which I would pay in cash or Venmo/Zelle as each day is completed. Please only individuals who have background in these activities.
