Quality Lead Associate 2nd Shift $17.05 starting pay Up an additional $1.10 within 6 months Primary responsibility is to audit the production line associates and processes to ensure completion the day’s work in a safe, quality-minded, and efficient manner and report issues and information to the Supervisor. Specific Responsibilities: Conduct quality audits on the line to support production quality. Ensure all production output meets quality standards. Act as a liaison between Quality and Production. Provide associates with quality information to complete their daily work. Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all quality issues are addressed. Monitor that all safety and quality guidelines are followed. Qualifications: Stable work history with excellent attendance record. Knowledge of automotive production processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn and use a variety of computer software programs. Follows all safety requirements of the company – (including PPE -hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc. Able to lift to 50 lbs. periodically.
