Position Summary The Groundskeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the Velaire at Aspera apartment community including grounds and landscaping, pool area, laundry rooms, mail box areas, recreation areas, parking lots, dumpster areas and walkways to, from and in between buildings. The Groundskeeper may assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and responding to routine resident requests for maintenance. Skills/Requirements • Past Goundskeeping experience preferred • Must be Customer service oriented • Must be available to work weekends • Must be available to take on-call after hours at night and on weekends/holidays
