leasing a horse?

I have horse experience but it's been a few years. I have two daughters also that love horses and they have been on them as well. It has been a couple years though. My daughters are teenagers and again do have experience. I don't have any tack myself but I'm looking somewhere around $250 a month to either lease the horse or ability to ride two to four times a week. If you need your horse to have exercise and they are a gentle horse then I would love to help out. I'm also open to helping muck stalls. If your horse is around central Phoenix that could work as well. Please let me know if you have a horse that needs some love, some attention and definitely some exercise.
