Volunteer needed for a low income retired woman with help on her car

I am having an issue with my 2004 Kia Amanti. It is having issues with the electrical system and I can't afford a shop to fix it. Here's what it's doing.... One of my break lights are only working sometimes and occasionally when driving I see the dash lights dim and the radio will change stations. This is my only form of transportation and I have to get back and forth to the Drs and grocery store. I'm afraid of breaking down or an electrical fire and not being able to get around. Any help is appreciated. Thank you !
